I ordered two pairs of shoes and never received either item! Contacted customer service and said they shipped with incorrect shipping label. It's been over three weeks now and I have not gotten my money back or received the shoes I ordered. I will not get my refund until shoes are returned to the warehouse, but the shoes are sitting in a Canada Post building and have not moved in two weeks. Do not buy from Reef, you will get no help, made to feel like it's your fault, and will not get your product or refund!
