Bought the Night Bliss Black, the model that comes back in every categories of Bliss sandals. Every pictures are the same, even the Black Patent, but one is 14$ less. No idea what patent means but pictures were the same so I got this one.
The ones I received are, yes, black, but the top is a shinny plastic like vinyl. NO WHERE on the site have I seen this model! But yet the model number is right.
Tried to write to get help, since we cant return and exchange. I would have to return and make another purchase but how do I know I wont get the wrong model again. Of course nobody wrote back. BRAVO.
Bought 2 different models that I kept for 5 years. Both pairs broke last week. The most comfortable flip flops ever.
But the ones I received, on a hot day, the plastic rubs and they squeek as if I went in the pool with them!
So clientèle service one on one is a zero for me. And pictures are missleading, prices confusing.
Bring back the textured bottom flip flops with the clear rubber top! So much more grip and movement.
