Not what I expected from Reef

For a $30 pair of flipflops, I was disappointed with them when they arrived. Cute in pattern, but not the usual quality I expected from Reef. I probably should have read the description more closely. But they definitely have an overly firm sole and flimsy feeling straps. Sole is flat (like very flat), not the usual molded base from Reef and the rubber or foam is very very firm. Still bends while you walk, but made my heel a little sore after just walking around the garden watering plants. And though it says patented to design it looks the same as flip flops that you’d get from a $10 pair of flip flops. Time will tell if they really prevent the straps from breaking. Cute pattern, but not worth the $. I still love reef, but Will definitely be paying closer attention to description in the future.
