Reef stands behind the quality of our products and we hope you are happy with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return your merchandise within 30 days of delivery, provided it has not been damaged, altered, or used. Final clearance items are not eligible for returns.

What is your exchange policy?

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time. Orders must be set up as a return with a new order placed for the exchange item. Please see 'what is your return policy' above if you would like to return your item.

How should I ship my return?

Please fill out the information requested using the return portal below. You will be prompted to for the order #, your email address, item#, Description, Reason Code, and Additional Comments. 

A pre-addressed, free shipping return label will then be emailed to you. Please contact Customer Service at 1-888-531-8816 for assistance with generating the return shipping label.

Attach the return label to your box. Please drop your package at your local Canada Post.

What do I do if my item is defective and purchased within the last 30 days?

If your item was purchased through BEACHFREELY.ca within the last 30 days, please set up a return using the portal below and select “Damaged/Defective item” as the return reason.

If your item was purchased in a store within the last 30 days, please contact that store directly to arrange for a return or exchange.  

What do I do if my item is defective and purchased more than 30 days ago?

If your item was purchased through BEACHFREELY.ca more than 30 days ago, please contact REEF Customer Service directly at cs@beachfreely.ca or 1-888-531-8816 for assistance. 

If your item was purchased in a store within the last 30 days, please contact that store directly to arrange for a return or exchange.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. When processing your exchange we automatically credit you in the original form of payment and reauthorize a new payment for your exchange.
