This REEF THONG flip FLOP

I just bought these and wore for the first time barefoot as one would. The DYE transfer on the perimeter of the foot was horrible. I got home from walking wiped them down with a wet cloth and water...then washed feet to try again assuming it was their newness... NOPE, they transfer on the sole and Blister where the straps are due to the bounce back of the rubber sole which happened on the second wear too.
It is unfortunate as it was the first $70 pair flip flops Ive owned and my first REEF pair. I was excited to have found what looked like a quality flip flop. I purchased mine at a SHOEPER store and I won't repurchase the brand sadly due to this experience. . Two days new and they are in the back of the closet never to be seen again.
