Will never buy reef again.

I ordered two pairs of sandals for myself from reef… both of which I found to be too uncomfortable to wear. I wrote an email to their customer support looking for guidance on which sandals would be a better fit for me and if I could return the ones that I can’t wear and they’ve totally ignored me. I even sent a second email in case they missed the first one. No reply.
