My complaint is with the velcro-type fasteners. Well, that and Reef Canada's customer service, or lack thereof. The soft side of the hook & loop (velcro) began fraying almost immediately upon wearing. After only 2-1/2 weeks they no longer stayed fastened while walking. I couldn't even slink a short distance back home walking slowly, without the straps becoming undone after every third or forth step. Totally irritating and utterly humiliating!
Reef Canada customer service was useless, telling me that they do not warranty the velcro strap fasteners. What kind of a cop-out is that? They used them on their shoes, but won't stand behind their choice to do so?
Thanks Reef......I used to enjoy your sandals and flip flops, but whatever changes you've recently made to help improve your profits......you've done so at the expense of your loyal customers, which I am no longer one of.
Footwear which does not remain securely fastened to ones foot is as useless as a sock with zippers.

When I tried them in store they were very comfortable however after walking around for a while I got a blister where the front strap is. If you’re not walking far they would be ok.

Wore these in Cuba and they discoloured badly. The white turned to yellow. I think maybe in the sun? Super super disappointed and NOT worth the money. Don’t get any that are coloured or white. If you really like them maybe try the black? Honestly though not worth 80….

I have 2 pairs of these sandals, and I love the pink ones. Very comfortable. The white however are a disaster. I definitely do not recommend buying them. The white plastic discoloured all over (not just soles) to an awful dirty off white colour within 3 months. The discolouration cannot be cleaned. They are throw away. The darker colours are likely fine. Also, make sure you keep your receipts. Reef would not replace them because I couldn’t provide a receipt.

Bought these sandals on a bit of a whim in Tofino and I'm so glad I did. They're super comfortable, stay on your feet in the water thanks to the strap, and are cute enough to wear around town. My only tiny complaint is that they hold on to stink lol but that's nothing that can't be remedied with a good wash.
