Reef stands behind the quality of our products and we hope you are happy with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return your merchandise within 30 days of delivery, provided it has not been damaged, altered, or used.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer product exchanges at this time. You may however follow the returns procedure above to return the item and then place a new order (for the replacement).

Returning your REEF.ca purchase is free and easy to do. Use the return portal below to receive your pre-paid shipping label. If you need assistance with your free shipping return label, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-531-8816. You must submit this form within 30 days of receiving your order to return or exchange.
Visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions to complete your return request to receive return instructions and your prepaid return shipping label. Attach the return label to your box. Please drop your package at your local Canada Post.
Please note that you must return the items in a shipping box or bag—either new or the one used to ship your original order. Be aware that if the return is not properly packaged, or if the shoe box is used as a shipping box, a handling fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund amount.

If your item was purchased through REEF.ca within the last 30 days, please set up a return using the portal above and select “Damaged/Defective item” as the return reason.
If your item was purchased through REEF.ca more than 30 days ago, please contact REEF Customer Service directly at cs@reef.ca or 1-888-531-8816 for assistance.
If your item was purchased in a store, please contact the store directly to arrange for a return or exchange. We are only able to refund items purchased on Reef.ca.
Here are a few helpful tips to make the return/exchange process flow smoothly:
1. Do not combine orders. Please only send back items from the original order.
2. Please send back the exact items that you have selected in the Returns Portal to return.
3. Do not cut off the barcode at the bottom of the return label, please include that as well!
Reef.ca accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and Klarna for installments.
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
