In response to the current COVID-19 situation, REEF Canada has shifted our administration and Customer Service teams to work remotely. Our commitment to our customers is top of mind, however in compliance with the mandate from the Government of Ontario (where our Distribution Centre is located) our warehouse is closed until April 7, 2020 at the earliest, or until further notice. Please know that any orders received will be put into our system and the items placed on hold for that order. As soon as our Distribution Centre is allowed to re-open, all orders received will be processed & shipped at that time.
We encourage everyone to take the necessary precautions as recommended such as encouraging strong hygiene practices and practicing social distancing wherever possible.
